What you need to know as someone who vapes
Authorization from the FDA grants Logic and its subsequent brands to be sold and marketed within the United States. With strict regulations to follow, Logic—and the e-cig stores that sell it—must operate within the parameters outlined by the FDA.
Officially announced on March 24, 2022, this action permits these specific products to continue being sold to responsible adult vapers across the U.S.—a decision that was based on tobacco harm reduction potential in the Logic product line.
“These products were authorized after the (FDA) agency’s review of the product applications concluded, among other things, that the likely benefit for adult smokers who significantly reduce their cigarette use (or who switch completely and experience cigarette use cessation) outweigh the risk to youth, provided that the company follows post-marketing requirements to reduce youth access and youth exposure to their marketing”, as explained in the FDA news release.
This means that our e-cig store can also continue to supply ex-smokers with their much-needed Logic products while marketing to current smokers that are awaiting their quit smoking journey.

Congratulation! had my last cigarette 8/20/2011. I was allergic to the “Patch” and tried everything including hypnosis to quit. I originally bought a vape because I hated the smell of tobacco.
